Cliquezcarte - Returns & Refund Policy

At Cliquezcarte, we strongly believe that customer satisfaction is ultimate, For this reason we feel ourselves accountable for all the products that are purchased at our sites. We are extremely careful of the products we deliver but in case the product delivered by us do not match your expectation or specification, you have full authority to change that item.

Cliquezcarte provides a 7 day return warranty for products such as:

1. Quantity is wrong

2. Product is defective OR

3. Product is considerably different from the order placed on the website.

We will immediately replace or initiate the refund of the item and all you have to do is mail us at and there will be no shipping charges if you get the product  that does not match the product ordered by you. We will  provide a new item as soon as possible.
If by any chance you received a product which is damaged or parcel is empty parcel get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the order. The product will not be accepted if it is physically damaged or original packaging and trimmings are not intact.

Refund Policy

  • The moment we receive the returned product , we will initiate the replace or refund process.
  • If product is available in stock, it will be replaced and shipped to you within next 2-3 working days of receiving your returned product to us, or we will proceed for the refund.
  • Refunds will be based on your mode of payment as per following:
  • a) For Cash on Delivery payment, your payment will be NEFT or Cheque

    b) For online payments made through credit / debit card or any other net banking.

  • Amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
  • Online refund also takes nearly 6-7 working days to return in your account.
  • Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional vouchers used at the time of order.

Return Policy

In case you need to return a product which is damaged, defective or does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you just need to give us a call at our customer care number               +91-9557777659 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday or you can write us at within 48 hours from date of delivery.

STEP 1: Return Request has to be initiated

  • Please mention order number in the subject line and reason of return.
  • Share at least 3 pictures of the damaged product for the verification.
  • Make sure product is unused, packed safely and returned in its original packaging including original Cliquezcarte tags, other tags, barcodes and all kind of labels.
  • It is advised to re-pack the items safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • The return products are subject to verification by Cliquezcarte, once your return is verified we will inform you.

STEP 2: Provide Information

  • Give the detailed information of the product from where it has to be picked up along with Name, complete address with Pin-code, mobile number etc information required and our agent will Pick Up the product within 2 working days.

STEP 3: Pick UP

  • When our agent reaches to your given address, return the product safely to Cliquezcarte executive.


Cliquezcarte simple Return Policy can be used for 7 days from the receipt of the item and the time period starts from the day it is delivered at your doorstep.

Cliquezcarte representative will collect the product you want to return from the address mentioned; nevertheless the locations where there is no reverse facility we request the customer ship the product to us and we will ship the new product as soon as possible. Please note that if the products were made to order they will not be returned and the money will not be refunded.
